Richard Henderson 9affb4decd common-user: Move probe_guest_base from linux-user ...

Prepare to share probe_guest_base with bsd-user.

Create a linux_probe_guest_base wrapper with the portions
of probe_guest_base that are linux specific: managing the
commpage for various targets.
