Collect integrated Windows server service data

If you need to supply service data to support personnel, first consult the i5/OS logs (see Check message and job logs) and the Windows event log. You can also make a copy of the Windows event logs on i5/OS (see Message logging) and make Windows server dumps for remote troubleshooting.
