Michael Tokarev 0ef62ccd01 qemu-keymaps: Finnish keyboard mapping broken 
As mentioned in http://bugs.debian.org/660154 , finnish keyboard mapping
is kind of broken.  Fix it as Timo Sirainen suggests in #660154.
