inst_length() can return 0 if 'inst' happens to not match any known
encoding (like [1]). Returning 0 is not desirable, even for unknown
encodings, given that it will cause a loop in target_disas() later on.
The most recent version of the RISC-V unpriv spec ditched the
sophisticated instruction-length encoding. We're now supporting only
16-bit and 32-bit length instructions, where:
"All the 32-bit instructions in the base ISA have their lowest two bits
set to 11. The optional compressed 16-bit instruction-set extensions
have their lowest two bits equal to 00, 01, or 10."
So the code is now simpler, never returning 0, and in fact it's the same
thing we're already doing in insn_len() from target/riscv/internals.h.
Due to include shenarigans we can't use that function in disas/riscv.c,
but I believe we can cut ourselves some slack this time and not lose
sleep over a 1 line of duplicated logic. We're documenting it though!

We still build QEMU tools on 32-bit hosts (see commit
cf634dfcd8), however no OS supported by QEMU still runs
on ESA/390 (Linux dropped support in release 4.1 in 2015).
Remove the configure check, directly checking for the 64-bit
z/Architecture.
Also per commit 3704993f54 from 2020:
"we don't support s390, only 64-bit s390x hosts".

We pass the Hexagon CPU definition to disassemble_hexagon. This allows
decode_packet to know if the opcodes are supported.
Note that we print valid instructions in a packet when one or more is
invalid. Rather than this

Besides, all other RISC-V methods takes a const RISCVCPUConfig.
Make the @cfg field of the rv_decode structure const, passing
a const pointer to disasm_inst().

Remove instances of __i386__, except from tests and imported headers.
Drop a block containing sanity check and fprintf error message for
i386-on-i386 or x86_64-on-x86_64 emulation. If we really want
something like this, we would do it via some form of compile-time check.

All CPUClass implementating disas_set_info() must set the
disassemble_info::endian value.
Ensure that by setting %endian to BFD_ENDIAN_UNKNOWN before
calling the CPUClass::disas_set_info() handler, then asserting
%endian is not BFD_ENDIAN_UNKNOWN after the call.
This allows removing the target_words_bigendian() call in disas/.

The various PA-RISC CPUs implement different CPU-specific diag
instructions (mfdiag, mtdiag, mfcpu, mtcpu, ...) to access CPU-internal
diagnose/configuration registers, e.g. for cache control, managing space
register hashing, control front panel LEDs and read status of the
hardware reset button.
Those instructions are mostly undocumented, but are used by ODE, HP-UX
and Linux.
This patch adds some neccessary instructions for PCXL and PCXU CPUs.

For riscv host, it will set dec->cfg to zero. Thus we shuld guard
the dec->cfg deference for riscv host disassemble.
And in general, we should only use dec->cfg for target in three cases:
1) For not incompatible encodings, such as zcmp/zcmt/zfinx.
2) For maybe-ops encodings, they are better to be disassembled to
the "real" extensions, such as zicfiss. The guard of dec->zimop
and dec->zcmop is for comment and avoid check for every extension
that encoded in maybe-ops area.
3) For custom encodings, we have to use dec->cfg to disassemble
custom encodings using the same encoding area.

The first immediate field is unsigned, whereas operand_vimm
extracts a signed value. There is no need to mask the result
with 'u'; just print the immediate with 'i'.

We usually check target endianess before swapping values,
so target_words_bigendian() declaration makes sense in
"exec/tswap.h" with the target swapping helpers.
Remove "hw/core/cpu.h" when it was only included to get
the target_words_bigendian() declaration.

GCC 14 shows -Wshadow=local warnings if an enum conflicts with a local
variable (including a parameter). To avoid this, move the problematic
enum and all of its dependencies after the hundreds of functions that
have a parameter named "instruction".

related cleanups:
* Ensure .c files include qemu/osdep.h first.
