Gather configuration information
- Obtain primary and alternative numbers and connection information.
If you do not know your service numbers and are not in the United States,
refer to the IBM® eServer™ iSeries™ Support Web site for
more information.
- Turn on the modem that is connected to the electronic customer
support cable.
