Start the human resources Web server in SSL mode

You may need to stop and restart your HTTP Server to ensure that the server is able to determine that the certificate assignment exists and use it to initiate SSL sessions.

To stop and start the HTTP Server (powered by Apache) follow these steps:

In iSeries™ Navigator expand your system.
Expand Network > Servers > TCP/IP > HTTP Administration .
Click Start to start the HTTP Server Administration interface.
Click the Manage tab to view a list of all configured HTTP servers.
Select the appropriate server from the list and click Stop if the server is running.
Click Start to restart the server. Refer to the online help for more information about startup parameters.

Before users can access the human resources Web application, they first must install a copy of the Local CA certificate in their browser software.
