The CPU_FOREACH() macro, defined in "hw/core/cpu.h",
ends up calling QTAILQ_FOREACH_RCU() which always
assigns its iterator variable when entering the loop.
Remove the pointless and possibly misleading assignment.
Mechanical patch using the following coccinelle spatch:
