Marc-André Lureau bd13682e7a ui/dbus: handle console hotplug/unplug events ...

Subscribe to QemuConsoleEvent notifications to dynamically add and
remove D-Bus display consoles. This mirrors the GTK backend's
handling added in the previous commits.
