Now that const_refs_static can be assumed, convert the members of the DeviceImpl trait from functions to constants. This lets the compiler know that they have a 'static lifetime, and removes the need for the weird "Box::leak()". QEMU bindings and API wrappers
This library exports helper Rust types, Rust macros and C FFI bindings for internal QEMU APIs.
The C bindings can be generated with bindgen, using this build target:
$ make bindings.inc.rs

Common Cargo tasks can be performed from the QEMU build directory
$ make clippy
