accel/tcg: Improve docstrings around TCGCPUOps::*watchpoint* handlers

Commit d5ee641cfc ("target/ppc: Implement watchpoint debug facility
for v2.07S") also implemented TCGCPUOps::debug_check_watchpoint for
PPC: make the comment generic.
