<p>This method for transforming spooled files to Portable Document Format
|
|
(PDF) requires more setup, but is also more flexible.</p>
|
|
<p><span class="bold">Prerequisites:</span></p>
|
|

<li><a href="rzau6setup.htm#rzau6setup">Set up your PSF configuration object</a>: The Print Services Facility™ (PSF) configuration object you

use specifies what is done with the PDF file and other transform options.</li>

<li>Optional: <a href="rzau6genmult.htm#rzau6genmult">Change the input file to create multiple
|
|
output files or an indexed file</a>.</li>

<li><a href="rzau6configdev.htm#rzau6configdev">Configure a device for PDF conversion</a>.</li></ol>

<p>To transform the spooled file, submit the spooled file to a printer that

is set up correctly.</p>
