<p><img src="./delta.gif" alt="Start of change" />The Send PTF Order (SNDPTFORD) command now provides the ability
to specify a special value for each of a predefined list of PTF groups and
for the cumulative PTF package.<img src="./deltaend.gif" alt="End of change" /></p>

<p><img src="./delta.gif" alt="Start of change" />When you specify one of these new special values, the latest
level of the PTF group or cumulative PTF package for the release of the operating
system that is installed on the system is ordered. <img src="./deltaend.gif" alt="End of change" /></p>
<p><img src="./delta.gif" alt="Start of change" />A new parameter of the SNDPTFORD command (Delivery format),
allows you to select the format of the delivered PTFs. When the delivery format
is *IMAGE, the directory where the optical image files are stored and the
prefix of the image file can be specified by using the Image directory (IMGDIR)
and Image prefix (IMGPFX) parameters. A delivery format of *IMAGE is supported
only when your system is configured to use a Universal Connection.<img src="./deltaend.gif" alt="End of change" /></p>

<p><img src="./delta.gif" alt="Start of change" />If you are using Universal Connection, the default download
limits have been increased. They can be lowered, however, only to a predefined
minimum limit. <img src="./deltaend.gif" alt="End of change" /></p>
<p><img src="./delta.gif" alt="Start of change" />For more information on the SNDPTFORD command, see <a href="rzam8fixobtainsndptford.htm#rzam8fixobtainsndptford">Order fixes using the Send PTF Order command</a>.<img src="./deltaend.gif" alt="End of change" /></p>
<p><img src="./delta.gif" alt="Start of change" />A new Copy PTFs service attribute is available through the Display
Service Attributes (DSPSRVA) command and the Change Service Attributes (CHGSRVA)
command. You can use this new attribute to copy PTF save files and cover letters
into *SERVICE when PTFs are loaded from a tape or optical device. PTF save
files must be in *SERVICE when you distribute PTFs to other systems or when
you use the Save System Information (SAVSYSINF) command. For further information
on using the Copy PTFs service attribute, see <a href="rzam8fixsavefile.htm#rzam8fixsavefile">Fix save files</a>.<img src="./deltaend.gif" alt="End of change" /></p>
<p><img src="./delta.gif" alt="Start of change" />The Delete Program Temporary Fix (DLTPTF) command has been enhanced
to allow you to delete all PTFs for all products on your system. Previously
only PTFs for a specific product could be deleted. <img src="./deltaend.gif" alt="End of change" /></p>
