select your server, expand <span class="uicontrol">Basic Operations</span>, and click

<li><span>If the status of the printer (shown in the right pane) is <span class="uicontrol">Unavailable</span>,

right-click the printer and click <span class="uicontrol">Make Available</span>.</span></li>
