<div><p>Use this constant field-level keyword to specify an identifier

for the constant in the field-level help. The identifier you specify can be

used on the HLPARA keyword to link help text to this constant field.</p>

<p>The

help-identifier parameter is required and can be only a numeric value from
|
|
1 to 999. The value you specify must be unique within the record you are defining.</p>

indicators are not valid for this keyword.</p>
