<h2>Network Management APIs</h2>
<p>Network management is the process of planning, organizing, and controlling a
communications-oriented system. It provides you with the capability to manage
one or more nodes from another node. The network management APIs handle
alertable messages, work with problem logs, and the SNA/Management Services
Transport.</p>
