<div><p>Copy the first individual user profile to create additional members in the group. Look at each individual profile carefully when you create it with the copy method. </p>
<p>Check your Individual User Profile form and make sure that you change any fields that are unique for the new user profile.</p>
<div class="p"> <ol><li>On the Work with User Enrollment display, type 3 (Copy) in front of the user profile you want to copy.</li>
<li>On the Copy User display, type the profile name and description.</li>
<li>Enter information into any fields that are unique for the new user.</li>

<div class="section"><h4 class="sectiontitle">Changing information about a user</h4><div class="p">For some users, you may need to set values that do not appear on the Copy User display. For example, some users may belong to more than one group profile. After you have created a user profile by using the copy method, you can change it. <ol><li>On the Work with User Enrollment display, press F21 to change to intermediate assistance level.</li>
<li>On the Work with User Profiles display, type a <kbd class="userinput">2</kbd> (Change) in the <em>Opt</em> (option) column next to the profile you want to change. Press the Enter key.<pre class="screen"> Work with User Profiles

<li>On the Change User Profile display, press F10 (Additional parameters).</li>
<li>Page down until you find the fields that you want to change. For example, if you want to make the user a member of additional group profiles, page down until you find the Supplemental Groups field.</li>
<li>Type the values you want and press the Enter key. You receive confirmation messages and see the Work with User Profiles display again.<pre class="screen"> Change User Profile (CHGUSRPRF)

<p>Once you have changed the user information, you can display your results to check your profiles.</p>

<div class="section"><h4 class="sectiontitle">Displaying user profiles</h4><p>Several methods are available to display the profiles that you created.</p>
<dl><dt class="dlterm">Displaying one profile</dt>
<dd>Use option 5 (Display) from either the Work with User Enrollment display or the Work with User Profiles display.</dd>
<dt class="dlterm">Listing one profile</dt>
<dd>Use the Display User Profile command: <kbd class="userinput">DSPUSRPRF <var class="varname">profile-name</var> DETAIL(*BASIC) OUTPUT(*PRINT).</kbd></dd>
<dt class="dlterm">Displaying group members</dt>
<dd>Type <kbd class="userinput">DSPUSRPRF <var class="varname">group-profile-name</var> *GRPMBR</kbd>. You can use <kbd class="userinput">OUTPUT(*PRINT)</kbd> to print the list.</dd>
<dt class="dlterm">Listing all profiles</dt>
<dd>To list the names and descriptions of all profiles, sorted by group, use the Display Authorized Users command: <kbd class="userinput">DSPAUTUSR SEQ(*GRPPRF) OUTPUT(*PRINT)</kbd>.</dd>
</dl>
<div class="p">Before you set up ownership and public authority, complete these tasks: <ul><li>Finish creating all your individual user profiles.</li>
<li>Set the password to expire for each profile.</li>
<li>Print a list of all profiles sorted by group and keep it with your User Group Description forms. Print the list again when you add new users.</li>
