<p>System problems are carefully tracked and managed in the operating system.

Familiarity with this process and the ability to perform basic troubleshooting

and problem handling procedures are a basic part of system operations.</p>

<p>When the operating system detects a problem, it generates
|
|
a problem record and sends a message to the system operator message queue
|
|
(QSYSOPR).</p>
