<div><div class="section">Each user that connects to i5/OS™ and i5/OS applications needs a directory in
|
|
the /home directory. This directory stores the user's Kerberos credentials
|
|
cache. To create a home directory for a user, complete the following:</div>
|
|
<ol><li class="stepexpand"><span>On the iSeries™ A command line, enter: <tt>CRTDIR '/home/user
|
|
profile'</tt> where <tt>user profile</tt> is the i5/OS user profile name for the user. </span> For example: <tt>CRTDIR '/home/SYSUSERA'</tt>. </li>

<li class="stepexpand"><span>Repeat this command on iSeries B but specify <tt>SYSUSERB</tt> to
|
|
create a home directory for the user profile on iSeries B.</span></li>
