<p>In Java<sup>tm</sup> 2 SDK, Standard Edition, version 1.2, the
<tt>policytool</tt> creates and changes the external policy
configuration files that define the Java security policy of your
installation. It is compatible with the <tt>policytool</tt> that is
supplied by Sun Microsystems, Inc.</p>
<p>The <tt>policytool</tt> is a graphical user interface (GUI) tool
that is available using the Qshell Interpreter and the Native Abstract Windowing Toolkit. See

more information.</p>
