<h2 id="tcpip">TCP/IP over OptiConnect</h2>
|
|
<p>This function allows applications that utilize Transmission Control Protocol/Internet
|
|
Protocol (TCP/IP) to communicate over OptiConnect. This can be accomplished
|
|
when running in an iSeries™ cluster with the OptiConnect SPD, HSL, or virtual
|
|
(LPAR) environment. Applications that are distributed across multiple servers
|
|
can take advantage of the high bandwidth and low latency of OptiConnect.</p>
