<div><p>On the Telnet server, you can create Telnet user <span>profiles</span> using iSeries™ Navigator.</p>

<div class="section">To create Telnet user profiles, complete the following steps:</div>

and expand <span class="uicontrol">your iSeries server</span>.</span></li>

<li><span>Right-click <span class="uicontrol">Users and Groups</span> and select <span class="uicontrol">New

User</span>.</span></li>

<li><span>Enter the user name, description, and password.</span></li>

<li><span>To specify a job description, click <span class="uicontrol">Jobs</span> and

enter the job description.</span></li>
