<h3 id="nwadm">Set up NetWare print support</h3>
<p>To set up NetWare print support, you need to create a print server, printer,
and print queue on the NetWare server. To do this, you use the NWADMIN utility:</p><a id="idx261" name="idx261"></a>

<ol id="printsupport" type="1">
<li>Log in to the NetWare server as user ADMIN.</li>
<li>Double-click the <span class="bold">NetWare Administrator</span> icon
to get to the NetWare Administrator window.</li>
<li>Click the organization or organizational unit where you want to create
the printer, print queue, and print server objects. (For example, the organizational
unit could be the integrated file system.)</li></ol>
<p>Create the print queue.</p>
<ol start="4" type="1">
<li>Click <span class="bold">Object</span> from the menu and then click <span class="bold">Create...</span></li>
<li>Scroll down the list and then double-click <span class="bold">Print Queue</span> to see the Create Print Queue display.</li>
<li>Click the radio button to refer to a bindery queue.</li>
<li>Type the Print Queue Name and the Print Queue Volume. You can click the
box next to the Print Queue Volume field to list valid volumes. Click <span class="bold">CREATE</span> to create the queue.</li></ol>
<p>Create the printer object.</p>
<ol start="8" type="1">
<li>Click <span class="bold">Object</span> from the menu and then click <span class="bold">Create...</span></li>
<li>Scroll down the list and then double-click <span class="bold">Printer</span> to see the Create Printer display.</li>
<li>Type the printer name, select <span class="bold">Define Additional
Properties</span>, then click <span class="bold">CREATE</span>.</li>
<li>Select <span class="bold">Assignments</span>; then click <span class="bold">ADD</span> for list of available queues. Select queue; then double-click or
select OK. Select OK again to create the printer object.</li></ol>
<p>Create the print server.</p>
<ol start="12" type="1">
<li>Once again, click <span class="bold">Object</span> from the menu;
then click <span class="bold">Create...</span></li>
<li>Scroll down the list and then double-click <span class="bold">Print Server</span> to get the Create Print Server display.</li>
<li>Type the print server name, select <span class="bold">Define Additional
Properties</span>, and then click <span class="bold">CREATE</span>.</li>
<li>Click <span class="bold">ADD</span> for list of available printers.
Select printer; then double-click or select OK to confirm your selection.</li></ol>
<p>Once you have created a print server, printer, and print queue, you need
to <a href="rzaefstrtprtfunction.htm#strtprtfunction">start the print server function</a>. If you
