<div><p>You can associate a data queue with an output queue.</p>
|

<div class="section"> <p>When a spooled file on the output queue goes to a READY status,
|
|
an entry is sent to the data queue. to view the layout or content of the data
|
|
queue entry that is sent, see the record type 01 data queue entry format.
|
|
Use the <span class="cmdname">Create Data Queue (CRTDTAQ)</span> command
|
|
to create the data queue. Specify the maximum message length (MAXLEN) parameter
|
|
value as at least 128. The sequence (SEQ) parameter value should be <samp class="codeph">*FIFO</samp> or <samp class="codeph">*LIFO</samp>.</p>
