<div><p><span>You can save and restore all user-defined
file system (UDFS) objects, as well as their associated authorities.</span></p>
<div class="section"><p>The <span class="cmdname">Save Object (SAV)</span> command
allows you to save objects in a UDFS, whereas the <span class="cmdname">Restore
Object (RST)</span> command allows you to restore UDFS objects. Both commands
function whether the UDFS is mounted or unmounted. However, to correctly save
the UDFS attributes, and not just the objects within the UDFS, the UDFS should
be unmounted.</p>
