<div><p>To allow users to update and delete entries, use the IBM<sup>®</sup> Telephone
|
|
Directory V5.2 administrator pages.</p>
|
|
<div class="section">Perform the following steps:</div>
|
|
<ol><li class="stepexpand"><span>Access the IBM Telephone Directory V5.2 administrator pages by entering
|
|
the following URL in your Web browser:</span> <pre>http://<em>your.server.name:port</em>/ibm-bizApps/welcome/admin.do</pre>
|
|
<p>where <em>your.server.name</em> is the name of the server where IBM Telephone Directory V5.2 is installed
|
|
and <em>port</em> is the port number that was specified during installation.</p>
|
|

|
<li class="stepexpand"><span>Click <span class="uicontrol">IBM Telephone Directory</span>.</span></li>
|
|
<li class="stepexpand"><span>Click the <span class="uicontrol">Application Properties</span> tab.</span></li>
|
|
<li class="stepexpand"><span>In the <span class="uicontrol">Directory access</span> field, make sure <span class="uicontrol">Login
|
|
Enabled</span> or <span class="uicontrol">Login Required</span> is selected.</span></li>
|
|
<li class="stepexpand"><span>Select the check box next to the <span class="uicontrol">Allow users to update
|
|
and delete entries (requires login)</span> field.</span></li>
|
|
<li class="stepexpand"><span>Click <span class="uicontrol">Save Changes</span>.</span></li>
|

Directory V5.2 application.</p>
