Understand the different processing types for tape device files

used in high-level language.

A program-described device file can access a magnetic tape device. To
use a tape device file with a program, you must either specify the tape file
name in the program or use an Override with Tape File (OVRTAPF) command.
The high-level language determines what tape parameters to use in the program.
