<div><p>You can change default and expired service tools passwords.</p>
|
|
<div class="section"><p>To change default and expired service tools passwords, complete
|
|
the following steps:</p>
|
|

|
<ol><li><span>Allow default and expired passwords to be changed:</span><ol type="a"><li><span><a href="rzamhaccess.htm#rzamhaccess">Start SST or DST</a></span></li>
|
|
<li><span>Select <span class="uicontrol">Work with System Security</span>.</span></li>
|
|
<li><span>From the Work with System Security display, change the setting
|
|
of the <span class="uicontrol">Allow a service tools user ID</span> with a default
|
|
and expired password field from No to Yes.</span></li>
|
|
</ol>
|
|
</li>
|
|
<li><span>Change a default and expired password: </span><ol type="a"><li class="substepexpand"><span><a href="rzamhaccesssst.htm#rzamhaccesssst">Start SST</a></span></li>
|
|
<li class="substepexpand"><span>Sign on to SST using a service tools user ID with
|
|
a default and expired password.</span></li>
|
|
<li class="substepexpand"><span>When the message "Password has expired" appears, press F9 to
|
|
change the password.</span></li>
|
|
<li class="substepexpand"><span>When the service tools user ID name is displayed, complete the
|
|
following fields:</span> <ul><li><span class="uicontrol">New password:</span> Enter a new password.</li>
|
|
<li><span class="uicontrol">New password (to verify):</span> Enter the new password
|
|
again.</li>
