<p>In the printer file, assume the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>The SPLFOWN value is *JOB</li>
<li>The OUTQ value is *JOB</li>
<li>The DEV value is *JOB</li>
<li>The SPOOL value is *YES</li></ul>
<p>Also assume that there has been a switch to an alternate user profile USR.</p>

<dt class="bold"><span class="bold">Note:</span></dt>
<dd>The SPLFOWN parameter of the printer file is *JOB, and the job has switched
to user profile USR. The current job will create the spooled file.

<p>The system looks at the OUTQ parameter in the printer file for the output
queue name. The value, in this example, *JOB, tells the system to look at
the OUTQ job attribute. Because the SPFLOWN parameter is set to *JOB, the
job attribute OUTQ of the current job is used. The value is PRT03. In this
example, the spooled file goes to output queue PRT03.</p>
