whether the priority of interactive jobs is dynamically adjusted to maintain
high performance of batch job processing on your servers (1) or not (0). This
adjustment capability is effective only on systems that have different interactive
and non-interactive throughput capabilities and have turned on the system
value to dynamically adjust priorities within priority bands.</p>
