<div><p>To accept connections, you must vary on the configuration objects

by using the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command:</p>
|

<ol><li><span>Type <kbd class="userinput">WRKCFGSTS *LIN</kbd> and press <kbd class="userinput">Enter</kbd>.</span></li>
|

<li><span>Locate your line description.</span></li>
|
|
<li><span>Move your cursor to the<strong> Opt</strong> field of the line description,
|
|
type <kbd class="userinput">1</kbd> (Vary on), and press <kbd class="userinput">Enter</kbd>.</span></li>
|
|
<li><span>If the line description does not vary on successfully, press <kbd class="userinput">F3</kbd> (Exit).
|

message queues</a> to understand how to view the error messages and to
|
|
find possible solutions.</span></li>

same for the controller description if you created one. Vary on the description
|
|
by using the same instructions for varying on the line description. Instead

of specifying <kbd class="userinput">*LIN</kbd> for the <span class="cmdname">WRKCFGSTS</span> command,
|
|
you must specify <kbd class="userinput">*CTL</kbd>.</div>
