<div><ol><li class="stepexpand"><span>On your PC desktop, open <span class="uicontrol">Client Access</span>.

<li class="stepexpand"><span>Expand <span class="uicontrol">Operations Console</span>.</span> <div class="note"><span class="notetitle">Note:</span> If
you have not worked with Operations Console, you need to configure a new connection
to your server. A wizard takes you through the configuration process. If no
wizard appears, select <span class="uicontrol">Connection</span> on the toolbar and
select <span class="uicontrol">New Connection</span>. If you do not have Client Access
Express installed, you can use Telnet or a 5250 emulation session. </div>

<li class="stepexpand"><span>From the File menu, select <span class="uicontrol">Connection</span>. </span></li>
<li class="stepexpand"><span>If prompted for the device tools user ID and password,
enter <tt>QSECOFR</tt> for both values.</span></li>
<li class="stepexpand"><span>Select <span class="uicontrol">Console</span>. The Server signon window
appears.</span></li>
<li class="stepexpand"><span>Enter your QSECOFR user ID and password.</span></li>
<li class="stepexpand"><span>Continue with <a href="cfgsna2.htm">Configure telephone information</a>.</span></li>
