The Input/Output Processor (IOP) Utilizations section of the Component
report shows the input/output processor (IOP) utilization for communications,
direct access storage devices (DASDs), multifunction (DASD, communication,

value of the DASD IOP and multifunction IOP, will affect system performance

Tools book for a list of threshold values.

often times does not match the sum of the three columns (IOP Processor Util
Comm, IOP Processor Util LWSC, and IOP Processor Util DASD). This mismatch
is caused by the utilization of other small components, such as system time.
