<div class="section"><p>The <a href="javadoc/com/ibm/as400/micro/JdbcMeOfflineData.html#NAVBAR_TOP">JdbcMeOfflineData class</a> is an offline data repository
meant to be used on a Tier0 device. The repository is generic, regardless
of the profile and Java™ virtual machine that you are using.
For more information, see <a href="microconcept.htm#microconcept">ToolboxME
for iSeries™ Concepts</a>.</p>
<div class="note"><span class="notetitle">Note:</span> To
use ToolboxMe for iSeries classes, you must separately download and
set up the ToolboxME for iSeries component. For more information, see <a href="microsetup.htm#microsetup">Downloading and setting up ToolboxME for iSeries</a>.</div>
<p>The
JdbcMeOfflineData class provides methods that enable you to perform the following
functions:</p>
<ul><li><a href="javadoc/com/ibm/as400/micro/JdbcMeOfflineData.html#CREATE(JAVA.LANG.STRING, INT, INT)">Create</a> an offline data repository</li>
<li><a href="javadoc/com/ibm/as400/micro/JdbcMeOfflineData.html#OPEN(JAVA.LANG.STRING, INT, INT, BOOLEAN)">Open</a> an existing repository</li>
<li><a href="javadoc/com/ibm/as400/micro/JdbcMeOfflineData.html#SIZE()">Get the number of records</a> in the repository</li>
<li><a href="javadoc/com/ibm/as400/micro/JdbcMeOfflineData.html#GETRECORD(INT)">Get</a> and <a href="javadoc/com/ibm/as400/micro/JdbcMeOfflineData.html#DELETERECORD(INT)">delete</a> individual records</li>
<li><a href="javadoc/com/ibm/as400/micro/JdbcMeOfflineData.html#SETRECORD(INT, BYTE[], INT, INT)">Update</a> records (Robb: the set() method, right?)</li>
<li><a href="javadoc/com/ibm/as400/micro/JdbcMeOfflineData.html#ADDRECORD(BYTE[], INT, INT)">Add a record</a> to the end of the repository</li>
<li><a href="javadoc/com/ibm/as400/micro/JdbcMeOfflineData.html#CLOSE()">Close</a> the repository</li>
