<div><p>If you encounter problems that are related to system operation,

start with the Technical Support Tasks (TECHHELP) menu.</p>

<div class="section"> <p>You can save the necessary information for a technical support

person to do problem analysis by using the options from this menu. It is also
|
|
possible to have a remote support organization access your system from a remote
|
|
workstation.</p>

<p>To access this menu:</p>
