<p>The Remove Document Library Object Authority (RMVDLOAUT) command allows you to remove an existing user authority for documents or folders.
|
|
</p>
|
|
<p>The following types of authority can be removed:
|
|
</p>
|
|
<ul>
|
|
<li>An existing specific user's authority
|
|
</li>
|
|
<li>The authorization list's authority for an object
|
|
</li>
|
|
<li>An existing access code
|
|
</li>
|
|
</ul>
|
|
<p><b>Restrictions:</b>
|
|
</p>
|
|
<p>You must have all (*ALL) authority to the objects or all object (*ALLOBJ) special authority, or be the owner of the objects to use this command.
|

<p>Specifies the document or folder for which authority is removed.
|

<dd>All objects in a specified folder have user authority removed. If *ALL is specified, the <b>Folder (FLR)</b> parameter is required.

<dd>The system object name specified on the <b>System object name (SYSOBJNAM)</b> parameter has user authority removed.
|

<dd>Specify the user-assigned name of the document or folder for which user authority is removed. A maximum of 12 characters can be specified.

<p>Specifies the folder where the object specified is located. If *SYSOBJNAM is specified on the <b>Document library object (DLO)</b> parameter, this parameter is ignored.

<dd>A folder name is not specified. If a name is specified on the <b>Document library object (DLO)</b> parameter, and the object is located in a folder, then *NONE cannot be specified. If *ALL is specified on the <b>Document library object (DLO)</b> parameter, then *NONE cannot be specified.
