<p>The Initialize CICS (INZCICS) command causes the specified library on the system to be scanned to locate previous release CICS resource definition tables. The CICS tables in the selected library are then converted to the current release of CICS.
|

</p>

<p>Libraries that contain tables older than the previous release of CICS are not converted and are NOT USABLE with the current release of CICS.
|
|
