<p>The Close File (CLOF) command closes a database file. This command works in conjunction with the Open Query File (OPNQRYF) and Open Database File (OPNDBF) commands.

<p>Specifies the name used on the Open Query File (OPNQRYF) command or Open Database File (OPNDBF) command for identifying this open operation. This name is specified when closing this file; you cannot reuse it without first closing this file.
