This topic discusses how to work with your integrated Linux® server using CL commands.

There are two CL commands that you use regularly when managing integrated Linux servers.

These commands display a list of the Linux, Windows, and AIX® network server descriptions (NWSDs), and are similar to the Integrated Server Administration - Servers option of iSeries™ Navigator. Note that you cannot change the way the data is arranged on these displays.

The WRKCFGSTS *NWS display shows the status of each NWSD and its associated objects.

Type WRKCFGSTS *NWS on the i5/OS™ command line and press Enter. You see a list of the Linux, Windows®, and AIX NWSDs, and their statuses.
