To modify the enrollment properties of the IBM® Telephone Directory V5.2 application,
use the IBM Telephone
Directory V5.2 administrator pages.
Perform the following steps:
- Access the IBM Telephone Directory V5.2 administrator pages by entering
the following URL in your Web browser:
http://your.server.name:port/ibm-bizApps/welcome/admin.do
where your.server.name is the name of the server where IBM Telephone Directory V5.2 is installed
and port is the port number that was specified during installation.
- Click IBM Telephone Directory.
- Click the Application Properties tab.
- Select the check box next to the Open enrollment field.
- In the User field, enter the user ID that
is used to create new directory entries. In the Password field,
enter the password of that user ID. Confirm the password in the Confirm
Password field.
- Click Submit Changes.
When open enrollment is configured, users can update and delete
their own entries (including password changes) and those entries they have
access to. Users can use the IBM Telephone Directory V5.2 application to make their
changes, not the IBM Telephone Directory V5.2 administrator pages.
