Test your connection to electronic customer support
To ensure that your connection to electronic customer support
is functioning properly, complete the following test.
To test the Universal Connection, follow these steps:
- Locate the Send Test Request dialog as follows:
- Go to the main menu.
- On the command line, enter SNDSRVRQS *TEST.
- Press Enter. The Send Test Request dialog appears.
- Press Enter to submit the test.
- The words Test request complete appear at the bottom of the
screen to verify that the test was successful. If your test does not work,
note the error message and contract your service representative.
