For a successful upgrade, complete the following tasks in order. When you select a task from the list, the detailed information appears in the right frame of the Information Center window. Your task list will remain in this window for you to use to navigate through the tasks. In addition, you can print this page to use as a checklist for you and the service representative as you perform your upgrade.
