complex problems. Most of these techniques require the collection of various
debugging information.
The following advanced troubleshooting tools are typically
used at the request of your service provider. However, you should familiarize
yourself with these tools, then work with your service provider to maximize
the benefits of these tools.
Note: If you are reporting your
TCP/IP problem to your service provider, you might be asked to provide a copy
of the configuration files used for TCP/IP processing or a copy of the integrated
file system (IFS) files. Use their instructions for sending the files to your
service provider.
