REIN (Reinitialize Session between Systems)

FTP server subcommand

The REINITIALIZE subcommand:

1. Allows the completion of any transfer in progress
2. Ends the USER session and removes all input/output and account information
3. Resets all server parameters to the default settings
4. Leaves the control connection open
