Follow these steps to determine which cause list to use:
- Issue FTP command.
- Enter user ID for FTP logon to a remote system.
- Is logon successful? If Yes, continue. If No, see Cause
List A.
- Perform FTP subcommands.
- Are there data problems? If No, continue. If Yes, see Cause
List B.
- Are there other errors? If No, continue. If Yes, see Cause
List C.
- FTP is working.
