<p>You can install a new network adapter card in an open PCI
slot. If you do this, you need to configure the new adapter on the integrated
Windows server.</p>

for information about installing a new network adapter card. Choose your model
of iSeries™ and find the instructions labeled <span class="bold">Install PCI
Card and Integrated xSeries Adapter Card</span>.</p>
