Ineligible Destination Network Nodes Elements

This structure specifies the reason why a particular transmission group returned by an end node is ineligible for providing access to the APPN network.

Note:
There may be multiple elements supplied. The header information length should be used to determine when all elements have been processed. This information may be available for state 4060.
