The Work with Product Information (WRKPRDINF) command allows you to access information available through marketing support systems. When you use the WRKPRDINF command, a display without prompts is shown, informing you that the iSeries system is going to start 3270 emulation. If there is a problem, you can call the Help Desk number shown. If you press Enter to continue, a communications session is established.
