WebSphere(R) Application Server - Express includes several shipped samples and enterprise Web applications, including the IBM(R) Telephone Directory V5.2 application. This topic describes these samples and provides a link to IBM Telephone Directory documentation.

IBM Telephone Directory V5.2

The IBM Telephone Directory V5.2 application is a part of IBM Business Solutions Version 1.0 (5722-BZ1) and is a Web-based application that provides the ability to search, view, and manage entries in an LDAP directory. WebSphere Application Server - Express ships with the IBM Telephone Directory enterprise Web application. DB2 Web Services Samples

Included with WebSphere Application Server - Express is the DB2(R) Web Services Samples application. It contains samples for accessing DB2 using the Web Services Object Runtime Framework (WORF). These samples demonstrate the ease of developing Web Services that access iSeries(TM) DB2 data.

If you want to install the DB2 Web Services Samples application, you can do this from the administrative console using one of the following methods:

After deploying the application, start the application server to start the application so you can work with the DB2 Web Services samples. The application's URL is http://your.server.name:port/services. The application uses either your external or internal HTTP port.
