  • Prepare a separate worksheet for each group which will use the system.
  • Use the Create Job Description (CRTJOBD) command to create a job description for the group. The job description has the initial library list of the group.

Additional instructions for Part 2
  • The tables below list all of the fields that appear on the Create User Profile display. The fields are divided into two groups: those where you need to make a choice and those where IBM® recommends the default value.
  • Use the Work with User Profiles display or the Create User Profile (CRTUSRPRF) command to enter the information from this part of the form into your system.
