FTP client subcommand
Displays Local status information, including:
- The current setting of the SENDSITE subcommand
- The current setting of the SENDPORT subcommand
- Remote system name, port number, and logon status
- Data type and transfer mode
- Name format value for both the client and the server
- Setting for the VERBOSE mode
- Setting for the DEBUG mode
